Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising team (regional and in-store VM managers).
- Direct visual merchandising planning for new store openings and refurbishments.
- Ensure new concepts reflect the Group's evolving brand identity.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for props, fixtures, and materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail visual merchandising.
- At least 4 years experience in a Director/C-level leadership role.
- Strong commercial visual merchandising portfolio with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
