JOB TITLE: Technical Support Engineer (Onsite)
QUALIFICATION: BE/BTech/Bsc/Diploma
EXPERIENCE: 6 - 8 Years
CERTIFICATIONS: VMWare, HPE, Microsoft Certified
Responsibilities (includes Tasks And Authorities)
Good Experience on VMWare and fixing related issues.
Technical Support and troubleshooting support for Windows Operating system.
Knowledge of Email Account Creation/ Outlook/Exchange.
Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements.
Have Excellent cross-department communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
Co-ordinating with SMEs/vendors for certain Support cases and implementation-related tasks.
Willing to work on-field at customer premises for undertaking Customer initiated Projects and support functions
based on the requirement
Ability to inspire confidence in Customer.
Self-Starter and able to work independently and as part of the team.
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives and requests.
Ensures successful implementation and maintenance as per defined standards.
