Contract and Benefits

● 2-year employment contract with 30 days of paid annual leave

Working Hours / Fixed Schedule

42 hours per week

6 working days per week

1 fixed day off on a weekday

Job Requirements

● Ability to play and teach at least one musical instrument, with strong musicianship and artistry

● Minimum Bachelor's degree in Music (or similar); teaching certification is a plus

● Minimum 2 years teaching experience; able to teach ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory (violin/vocal teachers must also teach Piano to Grade 3+)

● Fluent English (spoken and written); intermediate MS Office skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for teaching all ages and levels

● Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently

● Willing to participate in concerts, recitals, competitions, exams, and school events (including summer/winter camps)

● Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with teaching methods

● Professional appearance and conduct at all times
