Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Career/Technical Education (CTE) Teacher at the secondary level to contribute subject matter expertise to AI training initiatives. In this innovative remote role, you will apply your instructional knowledge, classroom experience, and technical education background to help train and refine advanced educational AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute instructional expertise to AI training datasets through structured lesson examples, demonstrations, and classroom simulations
- Develop high-quality content that reflects real-world secondary classroom environments, including technical skill-building and applied learning strategies
- Model effective classroom management techniques and clearly defined procedures for AI training scenarios
- Create diverse instructional materials and virtual classroom examples that demonstrate authentic teaching workflows
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated responses, providing constructive, detail-oriented feedback to improve model performance
- Represent a broad range of occupational and career pathways within CTE disciplines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and instructional integrity throughout the AI training lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid teaching certification in Career/Technical Education or a related secondary education field
- Demonstrated experience teaching technical or occupational subjects to secondary students
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and precision
- Proven ability to design, structure, and evaluate engaging lessons using multiple instructional strategies
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills applicable to in-person and virtual environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable feedback
- Comfortable working in remote, technology-driven settings and adopting AI-focused workflows

- Experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or digital curriculum development projects
