Role Description The Voice & Non-Voice English Account role at IDS is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in English through phone calls (voice) and written channels such as email, chat, and messaging (non-voice). Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, clarifying information, supporting users with records and data management services, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions. The team member will follow established procedures, provide clear and courteous communication, and escalate issues when needed to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role may also include supporting training activities, translating or explaining information in English, and contributing feedback to improve customer service processes and communication materials.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear spoken and written English and a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Candidates should possess English Teaching and Training skills that support guiding customers or colleagues through processes and explaining information in an understandable way.
  • Candidates should possess Translation skills to accurately interpret and convey information between English and other languages when required.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor's degree in languages, communication, business, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, problem-solving, basic computer literacy, ability to work in a structured environment, and willingness to work morning shifts on-site in Cairo.
