Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Voice Room Operations Manager to lead the platform's overall operations, including host management, agency ecosystem, monetization strategy, and user engagement.
This role requires hands-on experience with voice chat or live social apps and a deep understanding of the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities1. Platform Operations
- Lead daily operations of the voice room platform
- Ensure healthy growth in user activity, retention, and revenue
- Monitor key metrics (DAU, ARPU, paying rate, etc.) and optimize performance
2.Agency Ecosystem
- Recruit, manage, and scale host (streamer) network
- Build and maintain agency (guild) partnerships
- Design host policies, incentives, and performance evaluation systems
3. Monetization Strategy
- Develop and optimize gifting, VIP, and recharge systems
- Drive high-value user (whale) acquisition and retention
- Improve platform monetization efficiency and revenue growth
4. Events & Engagement
- Plan and execute in-app events (PK battles, leaderboards, campaigns)
- Design engagement mechanics to increase user activity and spending
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Analyze leading voice chat platforms in the GCC region
- Identify trends and continuously improve operational strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in voice chat, live streaming, or social entertainment apps
- Proven experience in GCC / Middle East market
- Strong understanding of:Host & agency operations
- Monetization models (gifting, VIP, recharge)
- User growth and retention strategies
- Experience leading or managing operations teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as Yalla, SoulChill, Bigo, Mico, etc.
- Existing network of hosts, agencies, or operators in GCC
- Experience launching or scaling a new app (cold start experience)
