We're looking for a VoIP Manager to join our team at Bevatel
The VoIP Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company's VoIP and contact center infrastructure. This role involves leading a team to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of our VoIP systems. The Manager will oversee remote configurations, troubleshooting, and the design and implementation of advanced VoIP solutions to meet our customers' evolving communication needs.
Responsibilities:
-Strategic Planning & Leadership: - Develop and implement VoIP strategies aligned with business objectives. - Lead and mentor a team of VoIP engineers and technicians. - Manage VoIP projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. -System Design & Implementation: - Design and implement robust VoIP and contact center systems, including IP Phones, PBX, and Gateways. - Analyze existing VoIP networks and computer systems to identify areas for improvement. - Oversee the installation and configuration of network hardware modules. -Network Management & Troubleshooting: - Ensure the stability and performance of VoIP networks. - Lead complex troubleshooting efforts to resolve VoIP network issues. - Manage and maintain network security systems and software. -Customer Interaction & Support: - Oversee remote configurations and troubleshooting, ensuring excellent customer service. - Analyze customer networking needs and provide tailored VoIP solutions. -Vendor Management: - Manage relationships with VoIP vendors. - Evaluate and recommend new VoIP technologies.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing VoIP networks and teams. - Strong understanding of VoIP systems, IP Protocols, and network security. - Proficiency in configuring and managing Yeastar and Grand-stream PBX and Gateways. - Experience with Asterisk PBX configuration is highly desirable. - Comprehensive knowledge of WAN and LAN systems. - Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including advanced English proficiency. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Strong leadership capabilities.
