Role Description The Volunteer role at KaiSol Hotels & Resorts is a full-time, on-site position based at our location in Hager Qena. Volunteers support daily operations across departments such as guest services, front desk assistance, housekeeping coordination, and recreational activities. Typical tasks may include welcoming guests, providing information about resort services, assisting with check-in and check-out, helping organize events, and supporting staff in maintaining public areas. Volunteers may also assist with basic administrative tasks, preparation of materials for guest programs, and coordination with team members to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience. This role is suited for individuals who are eager to learn about hospitality, contribute to a positive environment, and collaborate closely with resort staff.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in hospitality, tourism, or customer service, with a desire to support guest satisfaction and resort operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Organizational skills and reliability, including the ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in Hager Qena, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate within diverse teams.
• Basic proficiency in English and local language; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn; prior volunteering or service experience in any field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, in alignment with resort needs.
