Vice President – Agentic AI & Digital Transformation

Location: Delhi-NCR, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Experience: 18+ years

Looking for a senior leader to drive the strategy, solutioning, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions across large enterprise accounts. The role centers on scaling autonomous AI systems, RAG workflows, and digital operating models to deliver measurable business outcomes across Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, and BFSI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level consultative sales cycles and shape strategic AI transformation deals

• Architect scalable Agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent orchestration and knowledge-grounded workflows

• Drive transformation outcomes focused on cost optimization, process velocity, and improved user experience

• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and client value realization

• Advise CXO and business leaders on AI adoption, operating model changes, and value roadmaps

• Represent the organization in executive forums and support thought leadership initiatives

Required Experience

• Strong background in digital or AI-led transformation programs across global environments

• Deep understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, GenAI workflows, cloud, automation, and data ecosystems

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead enterprise advisory engagements

• Commercial and value-engineering capability to co-create business cases with client executives

• Experience in consulting, enterprise transformation leadership, or AI strategy roles
