Job Description
- Manage the preparation, review, and execution of credit and security documentation for approved lending facilities.
- Ensure facility letters and related documents comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards.
- Monitor documentation status and drive timely completion to support client onboarding and lending activities.
- Maintain credit limits, collateral records, and relevant static data within banking systems.
- Oversee security perfection, safekeeping, and ongoing collateral management processes.
- Review and process Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit, including amendments, cancellations, and claims.
- Prepare management and regulatory reporting while supporting audit reviews, testing initiatives, and process enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Atleast 4 years of experience in credit administration or credit documentation within private banking.
