VP Investment, Digital Infrastructure Fund

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global fund manager with ambitious growth plans and sizable footprints. To support the growth of their data centre portfolio, they are looking for a seasoned Investment professional to join their team in Singapore.

Role
An integral member of the Investment team, you will identify and evaluate investment opportunities, lead market screening and preliminary assessments, and spearhead deal structuring and execution. You will have a hands-on role across financial modelling, deal analysis, due diligence, financing workstreams, negotiations and transaction documentation, as well as coordinating financial, legal, technical and tax advisers. In addition, you will prepare investment recommendations and materials for investment committee and board approvals, as well as manage key external partners and relationships.

Experience
Ideally, you bring 10 - 12 years of experience with a track record of successful transactions in data centres and/or infrastructure. You have strong technical competence in financial modelling, deal structuring and execution, as well as deep appreciation of the data centre development. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, agile and hands-on.
