Role Overview

Senior-level professional responsible for raising equity capital from high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors across Dubai and broader UAE for U.S.-based commercial real estate investments. The role requires deep relationships, strong credibility in real estate, and a proven ability to originate and close capital commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and raise equity from HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.

• Develop and maintain long-term investor relationships across Dubai and the region.

• Present investment opportunities in U.S. commercial real estate, with a primary focus on multifamily, and selectively industrial, retail, office, and alternative assets.

• Structure and execute capital raises, including co-investments, joint ventures, and fund placements.

• Collaborate with U.S.-based acquisition and asset management teams to align investor expectations with deal strategy.

• Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and due diligence processes.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors and track capital-raising activity.

• Stay current on U.S. real estate market trends and effectively communicate investment theses.

• Ensure compliance with applicable securities regulations and cross-border investment requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in capital raising, private equity, real estate investment, or investment banking.

• Proven track record of successfully raising capital (HNWIs and/or institutional).

• Strong existing network of investors in DUBAI and/or UAE.

• Deep knowledge of commercial real estate, with a strong emphasis on multifamily; familiarity with other asset classes required.

• Experience with U.S. real estate investments strongly preferred.

• High credibility and ability to engage sophisticated investors.

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of deal structures.

• Bilingual: Arabic (native/fluent) and English (Professional).
