VP Merchandising & Revenue Operations

Our client is a leading Consumer Organisation looking to hire a VP Merchandising & Revenue Operations reporting to the Executive Vice President. This role senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the organisation. This role provides strategic leadership over Merchandising, Retail Operations, Food & Beverage Operations, Commercial Planning, and Revenue Operations to maximise commercial performance across all channels.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Leading Merchandising Planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and assortment strategy across locations and channels.
• Define and execute visual merchandising standards that elevate brand storytelling, enhance the customer experience, and maximise commercial performance
• Lead the development and management of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and capital investment plans to support strategic priorities and sustainable business growth.
• Leads integrated commercial strategies and operational excellence initiatives to enhance profitability, drive innovation, and deliver an exceptional destination experience aligned with the brand vision.
• Drive operational efficiency through cost control (COGS, labour optimisation), productivity improvements, and standardisation of processes and systems.

Requirements
You will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Business. Ideally, you should have proven expertise in leadership experience with deep industry knowledge in revenue optimization and merchandising. You will possess a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management.
