Job Description

The Role

As VP of Business Development, you will lead UnlockLand's growth strategy across enterprise, government, and strategic partnerships, driving revenue, pipeline, and long-term market expansion.

This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, partnerships, market entry, and deal execution, with a strong focus on complex enterprise and public-sector engagements.

You will work closely with the CEO, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to turn UnlockLand's platform into large-scale deployments and long-term contracts.

What You'll Do

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Own business development strategy and GTM execution across priority markets
  • Identify and pursue high-impact enterprise, government, and national programs

Enterprise & Government Sales

  • Lead executive-level conversations with developers, investors, ministries, and public-sector stakeholders
  • Manage complex sales cycles from pilot to enterprise or national rollout

Pipeline & Deal Execution

  • Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Oversee proposals, pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract structuring

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with accelerators, ministries, consultancies, and ecosystem players
  • Drive co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Product to shape solutions aligned with market needs
  • Work with Finance and Operations on pricing, delivery models, and scalability

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Bring market insights back into product, messaging, and strategy
  • Represent UnlockLand at industry events, forums, and partner discussions

Who You Are

1015+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships

Proven experience closing complex enterprise and/or government deals

Strong understanding of real estate, PropTech, infrastructure, or smart city ecosystems

Executive-level communicator with strong negotiation skills

Comfortable operating in long, consultative sales cycles

Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on

Passion for AI-driven platforms and data-led decision-makingence building and scaling B2B SaaS or AI platforms
