Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations or a related field, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successful clinical program development and implementation, demonstrating measurable improvements in patient outcomes and experience.
  • Extensive experience in managing and optimizing clinical workflows, with a focus on patient-centered care delivery systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices pertinent to clinical operations.
  • Strong background in utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and operational enhancements.
  • Exceptional ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clinical staff, executive leadership, and external partners.
