Role Overview

The VP of Finance & Strategy (Saudi Arabia) will lead financial planning, capital strategy, regional structuring, and corporate partnerships across KSA and the broader GCC.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Corporate Finance
• Real Estate Investment Strategy
• Government & Institutional Partnerships
• PropTech Expansion Strategy

You will work directly with the CEO and global leadership team to establish UnlockLand's Saudi entity, build local financial infrastructure, and drive long-term strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1 Regional Financial Leadership

• Establish UnlockLand's Saudi financial entity structure (JV, subsidiary, or SPV framework)
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, and multi-scenario financial modeling
• Oversee regulatory compliance and financial governance under Saudi frameworks
• Design revenue forecasting models for SaaS + enterprise + government contracts

2 Capital & Investment Strategy

• Develop capital raising strategy across:
• Sovereign Wealth Funds
• Regional PE / VC funds
• Strategic real estate investors
• Structure co-investment or revenue-share partnerships
• Support valuation, term sheet negotiation, and due diligence processes

3 Strategic Expansion & Government Alignment

• Align UnlockLand's AI platform with Vision 2030 transformation initiatives
• Support partnerships with giga-project developers (e.g., NEOM, ROSHN, Diriyah)
• Build financial frameworks for large-scale development intelligence adoption
• Evaluate M&A or strategic acquisition opportunities in the region

4 Performance & Strategic Intelligence

• Translate market data into financial growth strategy
• Lead market entry analysis across KSA and GCC
• Define key financial KPIs tied to product growth and enterprise adoption
• Support pricing strategy for enterprise AI solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, PE, or real estate finance
• Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets
• Strong understanding of large-scale real estate development economics
• Background in SaaS, PropTech, or technology-driven platforms preferred
• Experience working with sovereign entities or institutional investors is a plus
• Arabic language proficiency preferred
