What You'll Drive
Join a high-growth cloud MSP delivering multi-cloud, FinOps, and hyperscaler solutions to enterprise, public sector, healthcare, government, financial services, and education clients across UAE, KSA, and MENA. With horizontal offerings and vertical expertise mirroring top regional players like Cloud4C and G42, you'll achieve aggressive revenue targets in collaboration with Dubai-based executives. Lead a distributed inside sales team across multiple offices in a rapid-expansion phase, driving P&L ownership through consultative deals, channel partnerships, and team scaling in a fast-paced, trust-based culture.
As VP of Sales reporting to the CEO, you'll build a hyperscale sales engine, navigate complex scenarios, and deliver ARR growth where resourceful execution, data-driven grit, and ecosystem savvy define success.
What You'll Focus On
- Achieve revenue targets: own sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and ARR amid rapid growth and expansion.
- Lead consultative selling of managed services, co-sell motions with AWS/Azure/GCP, and channel dynamics across varying segments/pricing.
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing inside sales team operating from remote offices; create effective compensation plans.
- Design and enforce efficient sales processes; optimize CRM/tools for lead flow, CAC payback, sales cycles, and churn reduction.
- Dive into complex deals, work directly with prospects/customers; align sales/marketing and forge hyperscaler/public sector partnerships.
Who You Are
- 15+ years SaaS/software/cloud sales leadership with proven track record scaling ARR 2x+ during rapid growth/expansion phases.
- Success building, coaching, and managing large, distributed inside sales teams; strong in compensation design and process enforcement.
- Resourceful in complex scenarios; hands-on with prospects, highly tech-savvy, able to work with available resources.
- Organized planner who delegates effectively without losing specifics; high-energy, data-driven, articulate, curious, and well-read.
- Trustworthy, reliable, accountable, respectful; excellent manager/coach, open to feedback, collaborative team player.
- UAE/Saudi presence preferred; Bachelor's/MBA or higher; hyperscaler certifications a plus; GCC/MENA mastery essential.
