Job Description
Daman is seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter – Liability to drive the development and profitable growth of the Casualty, Financial Lines, and Medical Malpractice (MedMal) portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical underwriting expertise, a proven track record in P&L delivery, and extensive experience underwriting complex liability risks across these lines.
This role is critical in expanding Daman's liability footprint, acquiring high‑quality new business, and strengthening broker and client partnerships. The successful candidate will have 8–10 years of specialised liability underwriting experience within leading insurance companies or syndicates, and will contribute to shaping portfolio strategy while maintaining disciplined underwriting governance.
