Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Location: Jeddah/Riyadh

Position Overview: As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and assisting with food service. Your role is vital in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas with attention to quality and presentation.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Crew, barista or waiter.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
