Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Waiter of European nationality to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in high-end restaurants, cafs, or hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations upon request.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards.
- Ensure tables are set, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and operational standards as per company policies.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
- Process bills and collect payments accurately.
- Support overall restaurant operations and assist colleagues during peak hours.
Requirements
- candidate of European nationality (mandatory).
- Minimum 23 years of experience as a waiter in a reputable restaurant/hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and multitask efficiently.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
