Job Overview

Provide food and beverage services to guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner within airport lounges in Saudi Arabia.

Ensure high quality, presentation, and safety of food and beverage items at all times.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared working environment to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver courteous and professional customer service to all guests.

Serve food and beverage items according to service standards and procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage service areas.

Refill hot and cold food items on buffet counters as required.

Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times.

Ensure hot and cold food lines are clean and properly stocked with appropriate serving utensils.

Comply with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.

Support the service team during peak operational periods as required.

Job Requirements

High school certificate or equivalent is preferred.

Previous experience in hotel, catering, or food & beverage service is an advantage.

Presentable, outgoing, and customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good command of spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Willingness to work shift duties as required.

Work location: King Khaled International Airport Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
