About The Role
As a
Waiter – Room Service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences while reflecting Shangri-La Dubai's service standards through a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude. You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders, creating memorable experiences for guests in the comfort of their rooms.

About You
- Passionate about Food & Beverage service with a strong interest in Room Service operations.
- Preferably has experience in a luxury restaurant or a 5-star international hotel in a similar role.
- Enjoys interacting with guests and delivering excellent service.
- Communicates fluently in English.
- Committed to serving food and beverages of the highest quality.
- Willing to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
