This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter at our location in Qesm El Zamalek. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for greeting and serving guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering orders promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assisting with menu recommendations, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. You will play an essential role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage offerings and proficiency in Food Service
• Excellent verbal Communication skills for interacting with guests and staff
• Basic Cooking skills are a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
