Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah. The primary responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and addressing guest needs to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Other responsibilities include assisting with dining area setup, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and strong communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage table service and Food Service best practices.
• Basic understanding of cooking processes to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 Years Experience.
