Role Overview

As a valued member of our hospitality team at The Chedi Hegra, you'll embark on a rewarding journey as a waiter/waitress, providing impeccable guest service in a dynamic ONSITE environment. You will deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests while upholding the luxury standards of our renowned establishment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions on menu items, and recommend signature dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
• Serve orders promptly, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guest needs with courtesy, paying attention to detail throughout their visit.
• Handle billing processes accurately and assist with guest payments.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  
  

Must Have Requirements

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar guest service role in a high-end or luxury hotel/restaurant.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
