Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Waiter / Waitress. The role involves greeting customers, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience. Additional duties include setting up tables, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with any special requests or inquiries from guests, while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent guest experiences and handle inquiries effectively.
• Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service to effectively describe menu items and ensure quality service. Preferred with Japanese or Persian or Arabic cuisines experience.
• Familiarity with basic Cooking or food preparations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience as a waiter, waitress, or food service staff is a plus but not a requirement; training can be provided.
