Summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking passionate, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Waiter/Waitress. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, providing personalized service, and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams, and serve items according to established service standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience and support upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and assigned workstations before, during, and after service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards, as well as Hyatt operating procedures and brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to deliver seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English is required additional language skills are an advantage.
