We are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented
Waiters / Waitresses to deliver attentive, professional, and personalized dining experiences within a
four- or five-star hotel environment. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in service excellence and understand the importance of consistency, courtesy, and guest engagement.
A professional overview of your role:
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and memorable dining experience in line with brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they are comfortably seated.
- Presenting menus, providing accurate information on food and beverage offerings, and taking orders efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages promptly, professionally, and according to service standards.
- Ensuring tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean, organized, and well presented at all times.
- Handling guest requests, feedback, and basic service recovery with professionalism and care.
- Coordinating closely with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently for continued service.
- Following hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
- Supporting upselling initiatives and promoting menu specials where appropriate.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout service.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance and confident interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and reliability.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Food & Beverage or hospitality training will be an advantage.
