We are looking for experienced and passionate Waiters / Waitresses to join our team at RIKAS Group.

The ideal candidates will have experience in high-end restaurants, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to provide attentive and professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive and professional service

. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

. Have a strong understanding of the menu and confidently explain dishes, ingredients and recommendations

. Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service

. Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and other team members

. Anticipate guest needs and handle requests professionally

. Follow the restaurant's service standards and procedures

. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and service areas

What We're Looking For:

. Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress, preferably in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Excellent grooming and presentation

. Positive, energetic and guest-focused personality

. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

. Good knowledge of food and beverages

. UAE experience is an advantage

. Fluency in French is a plus
