Waiter/Waitress (Russian Speaker)

• To conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, creative, efficientand flexible service consistent with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas and HyattInternational Brand Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
• To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Food and Beverage items in the menu.
• Possess the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
• To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

An ideal candidate should:

• Have priorexperience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment.

• Possesses a friendly, energetic approach and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service.

• Be proficient (fluent) in both English and Russian, with strong communication skills.
