Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter / Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality service, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Salayel Hospitality's service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained at all times
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and efficiently
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures as per company standards
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for long periods
- Hospitality-focused mindset with attention to detail
