Role Description

This full-time, on-site Waiter / Waitress role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.

Responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver orders accurately.

The Waiter / Waitress will handle guest inquiries, resolve basic issues, process payments, and promote menu items or specials as needed. Maintaining high standards of customer service and supporting the overall guest experience are core aspects of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service experience to manage orders, serve items correctly, and uphold hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess basic Cooking and food handling awareness to coordinate effectively with kitchen operations.
• Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
• Prior experience as a Waiter / Waitress or in a similar front-of-house role is preferred; familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
