Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Waiters at Ramlah Resort. Waiters will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, efficiently serving food and beverages, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience for guests. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness of work areas, collaborating with kitchen and serving staff, and delivering an overall luxurious guest experience in line with the resort's high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to interact professionally with guests and provide exceptional service.
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage handling and Food Service operations.
• Basic understanding or experience in Cooking is an advantage but not required.
• A friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous hospitality experience in a luxury setting is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and appreciate cultural diversity, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
