Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Follow service protocols and safety standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and turnover
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and understood clearly)
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage
- Positive attitude and presentable appearance
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with basic POS systems is a plus
Preferred Candidates:
- Currently on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa in the UAE
- Available to join within 30 days
