About the Client:

A premium Dubai restaurant offering an upscale dining experience inspired by Turkish and Mediterranean hospitality.

Job Description:

• Provide professional and attentive table service, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and high-quality dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, explain menu items, make recommendations, and actively support upselling.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest orders.
• Maintain restaurant service standards, table presentation and cleanliness while professionally handling guest requests and feedback.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of UAE waitress experience, preferably within an upscale, premium or fine-dining restaurant.
• Good knowledge of table service, order taking, sequence of service, menu presentation and POS systems.
• Fluent in Russian language with strong English communication skills; Good upselling ability and confidence recommending menu items.
• Presentable, professional and comfortable dealing with international clientele.
