Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure every need is met throughout their visit.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to guarantee timely, precise service.
- Share the story behind our dishes and recommend specials and pairings with confidence.
- Proactively check on tables, address concerns with professionalism, and create moments that guests remember.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
- Process payments accurately, following all company procedures.
- Support your teammates during busy periods to ensure seamless service.
- Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders, and guide them through our modern Central American menu.
- Be an ambassador for Girl & the Goose helping put Central American cuisine on the map in Dubai, one guest at a time.
- Above all, help every guest leave with a story worth sharing about our food, our people, and the joy of discovering something truly special.
Your Key Qualifications
- A friendly, upbeat personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with diverse international guests.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
