Fitness Studio Receptionist

Description:

A ladies only fitness studio looking for a proactive, engaged, pleasant and experienced -FEMALE- receptionist living in Muwaileh Commercial, to join our diverse team and assist with duties related to customer service, sales, booking, administration, and housekeeping.

Requirements:
ability to work morning (6:00-12:00) and evening shifts (15:00-21:00).
-Living close to the studio or able to arrange transport if living faraway.
-Bachelor's degree.
-Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar customer service role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Hands-on experience with sales equipment (e.g. card machines and booking system)
-Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
-Professional attitude and pleasant personality.
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive and responsible when issues arise.
-Commitment, punctuality, accuracy and confidentiality.
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
-Good knowledge and skills in housekeeping.
