Position Overview:

The Warehouse Accountant will be responsible for managing warehouse transactions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate stock records to support smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and process all warehouse transactions on the system (in/out).
• Prepare and release orders for sales representatives and customers.
• Review and submit pricing requests for approvals.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare shortage and replenishment reports.
• Follow up on inter-branch transfers and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Receive goods (purchases, transfers, containers) on the system.
• Prepare and validate packing lists and handle container variances.

Reporting Line:

Finance Manager

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 13 years of experience in warehouse or inventory accounting.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.

Working Hours:

From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Day Off: Sunday
