Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Assistant role based in Rai. The Warehouse Assistant will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving goods, checking deliveries against documentation, and organizing products in designated storage areas. Responsibilities include packing and labeling materials, maintaining accurate stock counts, assisting with inventory checks, and preparing orders for dispatch. The role involves safe operation of warehouse equipment, supporting forklift operators as needed, and keeping work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards. The Warehouse Assistant will also coordinate with internal teams and, when required, interact with customers or drivers to ensure efficient and professional service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Packing skills and attention to detail when preparing orders and materials.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock records and support regular stocktakes.
• Candidates should possess Forklift Operation knowledge or experience, and an understanding of safe material handling practices (valid license is an advantage).
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries from internal teams, drivers, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Basic numeracy and computer skills for using inventory systems and completing warehouse documentation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods, in line with safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction materials operations is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively in a team, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
