Job Description

ENPI Group is the leading and technically most advanced manufacturer, supplier and distributer Specialized in Packaging Solutions and Printing Products in the UAE, GCC, MENA, Africa and Europe. ENPI is a Part of Saudi Printing and packaging Company.

One of the Group companies, City Pack is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Coordinator to be based in Sharjah as part of Supply Chain Operations. You will be reporting to Warehouse In Charge.

The key aspect of this role is dispatching the finishing goods and general operations of the store/warehouse, making sure it runs smoothly and complying with the operational standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generating various reports like FG Aging report, FG stock Report, Raw Material Stock Report and data entry through the ERP System Monitor stock level in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent Material (RM, FG, Spare parts, steel cages etc.) shortage.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Plan, coordinate with other department and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Arranging vehicles for local delivery and planning.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are reordered to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customer's or production timescales/requirements.
  • Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
  • Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows.
  • Provide a safe working environment adhering to health, safety and environmental procedure and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times.
  • Manage the workforce proactively to improve the service level.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience operating in a supervisory capacity and within a fast paced highly pressurized warehouse and distribution environment.
  • Preferred Industry: Packaging and manufacturing.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with good numeric skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
