Warehouse Coordinator

MADI International is looking for Warehouse Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

This role involves coordinating the movement of products, managing inventory, and ensuring all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety standards. The Warehouse Operator will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and auditing stock to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Oversee order fulfillment by coordinating picking, packing, shipping, deliveries, returns, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, monitor 3PL staff performance, and supervise loading/unloading operations.
• Liaise with freight carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation, service quality, and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation, invoices, and compliance records, including customs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports on inventory, shipments, warehouse performance, and labor productivity, while identifying and communicating improvement opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

▪ 3–5 years in warehouse coordination, logistics, or inventory control.

▪ Experience working with 3PL providers and freight companies.

▪ Knowledge of warehouse processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

▪ Proficiency in inventory systems, ERP, or WMS platforms.
