The Warehouse Coordinator runs INSEAB's day-to-day warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia, making sure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time. The role keeps inventory records reliable, warehouse documentation complete, and the warehouse safe, organized and compliant with HSE standards.

The Warehouse Coordinator runs INSEAB's day-to-day warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia, making sure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time. The role keeps inventory records reliable, warehouse documentation complete, and the warehouse safe, organized and compliant with HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse operations
- Coordinate and perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on schedule.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters and internal teams to plan deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update every transaction in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate variances and report findings to the Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored and handled according to company procedures.
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, goods receipt records and stock reports.
- Keep warehouse files and records complete, current and audit-ready.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness and efficient use of space.
- Follow and promote HSE requirements and safe storage and handling practices.
- Report hazards, incidents and damaged goods promptly.
- Working knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP inventory module.
- Good command of MS Excel and basic office applications.
- Familiarity with receiving, dispatch and stock documentation.
- Awareness of HSE practices in a warehouse environment; forklift or safety certification is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High school diploma or vocational diploma required; a diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or business administration is preferred.
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
0-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory roles.
