Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Pick, prepare, pack, and label materials according to production and shipping requirements.
• Record, monitor, and manage defective materials and products.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and consumables to support daily operations.
• Coordinate with transport providers to ensure smooth shipping and delivery activities.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies or shortages.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant and warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
