Role Description The Warehouse Incharge & Operation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Shuwaikh. This role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching construction materials and other goods in an accurate and timely manner. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating stock and inventory control, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper documentation and system updates. Daily tasks include organizing warehouse layout, supervising loading and unloading activities, ensuring safe handling of materials and equipment (including forklifts), and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves leading warehouse staff, assigning duties, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to support smooth supply chain operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills, with the ability to monitor, record, and optimize stock levels.
• Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management capabilities, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess practical Operations Management skills, with experience supervising warehouse workflows and coordinating with other departments.
• Candidates should possess safe Forklift Operation skills and knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse safety practices.
• Relevant experience in warehouse supervision or logistics, preferably in construction materials or trading environments.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems; ability to maintain accurate records.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational or technical training in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh on a full-time schedule.
