Mikhman Produce Group is a fresh produce trading and operations company working across Africa and the Middle East, with active operations in sourcing, imports, ripening, and distribution. We work with smallholder farmers, commercial farms, and supply partners across Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe, supplying the UAE market through wholesale, retail, and online channels. Our Dubai operations focus on cold-chain handling, inventory control, ripening operations, and reliable delivery execution, supported by strong documentation and Microsoft 365-based reporting.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse & Inventory Control Associate in Dubai. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation, including timely GRN/DN posting, stock movements, and dispatch paperwork. The role includes weekly cycle counts, monthly stock takes, reconciliation of variances, and maintaining organized records (PODs, clearance documents, and evidence packs where required). You will collaborate closely with Operations, Ripening/Production, and Finance to ensure stock visibility, clean reporting, and timely, accurate delivery execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory control and inventory management (stock tracking, organization, reconciliation, optimization).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to maintain operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and a service mindset to coordinate effectively with internal teams and respond to customer/partner queries when required.
• Experience with warehouse processes; familiarity with inventory tools/software is preferred.
• Competence in Microsoft 365 tools (especially Excel; SharePoint/Teams is a plus) for reporting and basic dashboards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or supply chain are a plus.

Salary

• Base Salary:AED 4.000 - 4,500 per month
• Performance Bonus: Up to AED 1,000 per month (KPI-based, linked to stock accuracy, counts completion, and documentation discipline
