We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse, Fleet & Logistics Manager to lead fleet operations, warehouse coordination, and distribution activities while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in fleet management, logistics operations, and warehouse coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize fleet performance, warehouse efficiency, and logistics operations.
- Manage end-to-end fleet operations including vehicle procurement, maintenance, fuel management, utilization, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage a team of fleet supervisors, logistics coordinators, warehouse personnel, and distribution staff.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery processes.
- Monitor operational KPIs, analyze logistics data, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and transportation regulations while supporting HSSE initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and service providers to drive operational excellence.
- Implement and enhance technology solutions for fleet tracking, route optimization, inventory management, and reporting.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, operational reviews, and budget forecasts for senior leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, logistics technologies, and regulatory developments to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Desirable Candidate Profile :
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fleet, or supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership experience managing large operational and cross-functional teams.
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industry preferred.
- Proven ability to optimize logistics processes, fleet utilization, and warehouse efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of distribution planning, transportation, and inventory coordination.
- Experience in handling operational KPIs, reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Familiarity with logistics systems, fleet tracking tools, and operational dashboards.
