About the Job:

Aller Aqua Egypt is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for both raw materials and finished fish feed products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming raw materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards
• Implement and maintain an efficient system for the storage and retrieval of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing space utilization and accessibility
• Manage inventory levels for both raw materials and finished products, conducting regular stock checks and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and waste
• Coordinate the preparation and loading of finished goods for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of all materials to prevent damage, spoilage, and contamination
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and conduct regular safety audits
• Manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material handling equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and safe operation
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, including receiving reports, inventory logs, and shipping documents
• Collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless material flow
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10 years of proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment (experience in food or feed production is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and inventory management principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
