Warehouse Manager - Chinese Speaker

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.

Ensure accurate stock records and efficient inventory management.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Supervise warehouse staff and maintain smooth material flow.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within the heavy equipment / construction machinery industry.

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment parts, service-related materials, and inventory management.

Understanding of equipment service, workshop, or technical operations will be an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good Chinese language proficiency, both spoken and written.
