Warehouse Manager

EELAF is a B2B distributor and solutions provider in low-voltage electrical products and project systems. We're hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run end-to-end operations with high accuracy, speed, and strict discipline using Odoo.

• Manage full warehouse flow: Receiving QA check Put-away Storage Picking Packing Dispatch
• Ensure inventory accuracy with proper bin locations, labeling, and controls
• Execute all warehouse transactions in Odoo (no offline movements)
• Lead, coach, and schedule warehouse staff to maximize productivity
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO when applicable and minimize damage/shrinkage
• Run cycle counting and support annual stock takes; investigate variances and close root causes
• Maintain safety standards and proper handling/storage procedures
• Drive continuous improvement on speed and accuracy KPIs
  

• 5–10 years warehouse management experience (B2B distribution/projects preferred)
• ERP/WMS experience (strong advantage: Odoo + Barcode)
• Strong leadership, process discipline, and problem-solving
• Solid Excel and reporting skills
• Able to work under pressure with zero-compromise quality
