We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations within a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory control, proper storage conditions, and smooth distribution of materials to support production and outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and implement FIFO / FEFO inventory practices.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and outlet teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for food ingredients and packaging materials.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and support monthly inventory audits.
• Implement warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Track incoming shipments and verify quantities and quality upon receipt.
• Maintain documentation for receiving, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
• Work closely with the procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Central Kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Experience in food safety standards and storage requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Skills
• Experience managing temperature-controlled storage and food ingredients.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, FEFO, batch tracking).
• Ability to work in high-volume operational environments.
