Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations within a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory control, proper storage conditions, and smooth distribution of materials to support production and outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control procedures.

Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and implement FIFO / FEFO inventory practices.

Coordinate with purchasing, production, and outlet teams for timely stock replenishment.

Ensure proper storage conditions for food ingredients and packaging materials.

Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.

Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and support monthly inventory audits.

Implement warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.

Track incoming shipments and verify quantities and quality upon receipt.

Maintain documentation for receiving, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.

Work closely with the procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 46 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Central Kitchen operations.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.

Experience in food safety standards and storage requirements.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing temperature-controlled storage and food ingredients.

Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, FEFO, batch tracking).

Ability to work in high-volume operational environments.
